• I moved to London from Chicago in 2018 with my wife and dog.

• The first article I ever published was a review of Beverly Cleary's book, Ramona Forever. My mom sent it to her and I got a note back. That's when I realized I wanted to be a writer.

• The farthest I've been from home is Sydney, Australia. But, Hanoi has the best breakfast soup I've ever had.
